INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
Access to the Site confers on the Customer a private and non-exclusive right of use. This Site and all of its contents, in particular trademarks, texts, logos, drawings, images, sounds, patents, etc., are the property of TMCE and are protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. Any use of the content, names and trademarks, i.e. their reproduction, representation or, more generally, their exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written consent of TMCE is prohibited and constitutes an act of counterfeiting, which is punishable under criminal and civil law.
However, it is entirely possible to use certain elements in the form of a quotation, indicating the source of the quotation, i.e. “TMCE”, and a visible and active link to the article or page concerned on the Site.
Any other use requires the express prior consent of TMCE. It is entirely possible to use hypertext links to the Site, including deep links. In any event, TMCE reserves the right to prohibit such links, even tacitly authorized, following a subsequent check, which must then be removed at TMCE’s first request.
a) This entire site, the presentation and each of the elements, including logos, graphics, photographs, plans, videos, sounds, etc. appearing on the site are protected by French and international legislation in force relating to intellectual property and are the exclusive property of TMCE.
b) No license, nor any other right other than the right to consult the “site” is granted to anyone with regard to intellectual property rights. Reproduction of documents from the site is authorized exclusively for information purposes for personal and private use; any reproduction or use of copies made for other purposes is expressly prohibited.
c) Use of documents: all information, images, videos, advertising campaigns, etc. are protected as indicated above. These achievements are subject to the rights of third parties (i.e. photographers, models, illustrators, directors…) who are the subject of rights assignments that have been negotiated by mutual agreement. As such, all rights of reproduction, representation and public communication, including downloadable documents representing productions (posters, press, films…) are reserved in this specific context.
No commercial exploitation is authorized and the clauses of the present paragraphs a) b) c) are applicable. Failure to comply with these clauses and their prohibitions constitutes an infringement that may result in the civil or criminal liability of the counterfeiter.

What is a cookie?
Cookies are small files that certain platforms, such as websites, may install on your computer. Their functions can be very varied: they allow us to store your browsing preferences, collect statistical information, enable some technical features, etc. Sometimes, cookies are used to store basic information about the browsing habits of the User or his computer, up to the point of being able to recognize it as the case may be. Cookies are also used to manage the User’s session, reducing the number of times it is necessary to enter the password or to adjust the contents of the website to the User’s preferences.
Cookies can be “temporary”, that is, they are deleted from the User’s computer once the User leaves the website that generates them, or “persistent”, that is, cookies that remain in the User’s computer until a certain date.
Why are they important?
Cookies are important because they are very useful for the following reasons: from a technical point of view, they allow websites to function more fluidly and in accordance with the User’s preferences (for example, cookies store the User’s language or the currency of his or her country). In addition, they help the website managers to improve their services thanks to the statistical information collected by them.
How can the User configure cookies?
The user can allow, block or eliminate the cookies installed in his computer by means of the configuration of the options of his Internet browser.
